ABOUT US
Lamuka Innovation Center is a refugee-led non-profite organization dedicated to transforming the lives of refugees and host communities in the Nakivale Refugee Settlement, Uganda. Established in 2019, our mission is to empower individuals through vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and community-building initiatives. We offer programs in sewing, hairdressing, and fashion design, coupled with business development workshops to promote self-reliance and economic independence. By fostering skills, creativity, and innovation, we aim to create sustainable opportunities and improve the socio-economic status of those we serve. At Lamuka Innovation Center, we believe in the power of education, collaboration, and resilience to build a brighter future for all.
